  • To carry out monitoring and maintaining day to day operation and escalate reported fault/bug to developer/respective individual/ team members
  • To guide staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • To perform troubleshooting IT application systems and diagnosing and reported faults respectively.
  • To provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • To perform trouble shooting by following diagrams and written instructions/SOP (standard operation procedure) to reslove fault reported by Customer Service and Customer.
  • To support the roll-out of new applications and documentation.
  • To resolve reported fault/bug using programming skills.
  • To deal with Customer Services/Operations Team/Finance Team/Sales Team and Development Team.
  • To respond within agreed, SLA (Service License Agreement) time limit to call-outs.
  • To work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third party).
  • Develop team member's skills & experience and ensure that they are aware of deliverables & service levels.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information System
  • Preferred to have 1-3 years prior experience.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • A good team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
