- To carry out monitoring and maintaining day to day operation and escalate reported fault/bug to developer/respective individual/ team members
- To guide staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- To perform troubleshooting IT application systems and diagnosing and reported faults respectively.
- To provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- To perform trouble shooting by following diagrams and written instructions/SOP (standard operation procedure) to reslove fault reported by Customer Service and Customer.
- To support the roll-out of new applications and documentation.
- To resolve reported fault/bug using programming skills.
- To deal with Customer Services/Operations Team/Finance Team/Sales Team and Development Team.
- To respond within agreed, SLA (Service License Agreement) time limit to call-outs.
- To work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third party).
- Develop team member's skills & experience and ensure that they are aware of deliverables & service levels.
Job Requirement:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information System
- Preferred to have 1-3 years prior experience.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- A good team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
