Assistant Factory Manager (Food Industries)

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the overall factory operations which includes, but not limited to factory/operations management, admin, production/maintenance operations, warehouse and logistic operations.
• Monitor and optimize production output, efficiency, and quality across all production lines and sections.
• Coordinate and facilitate inter-departmental and inter-section production flow.
• Supervise production flow, processes and manpower to ensure compliance and adherence to quality, delivery target and stack availability.
• To execute any assignment assigned by Superior.
• Create regular performance report for Superior.
• To perform other tasks assigned by your Superior.

Note: Other roles may be assigned from time to time to support production as per organizational needs and requirements.

Requirements

• A Degree or higher Diploma in Food Technology, Product Development, Project Management and Operation Management.
• Have experience in Food Industries
• Mature, strong leadership character, proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• At least have 3 years experience in the related field.
• Good command of English ( oral / written )
• Other ad-hoc requirements from time to time.
• Office @ Semenyih
• Can start immediately / As soon as possible

Working days

• Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
