Responsibilities:

Prepare all project report and maintain high standard of project documentation
Coordinate and monitor delivery of materials and sub-contractor's works to be implementation smoothly
Dissolving all technical matters, proper record of correspondence and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan and etc.
Assist to prepare of method of statements, temporary works design and re-engineering
Liaising with local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers to ensure the works are carried out as per the project's requirement
Monitoring and ensuring the project is progressing positively in aspect of cash flow, cost, quality and time
Prepare QAQC, quality audit, weekly and monthly report
Prepare and ensure all documents related to inspection comply
Accomplish additional task given by Project Manager

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent
Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment
Possess own transport
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Preferably those can start work immediately
Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Computer literate : MS Office and AutoCAD
