Duties:
- Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly in relation to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning;
- Recommending new organisation structures to meet organisation’s objectives and goals;
- Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing human resources policies and procedures;
- Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Conducting new employee orientations;
- Overseeing exit interviews;
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement; and Developing morale-building programs.
- Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations;
- Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace discsiplinary issues; and
- Briefing all division on employees disciplinary procedures, where necessary
Requirements:
- Min 8 years as HR manager. Must have working experience in IT industry
- Able to speak Mandarin
- Have solid experience managing a team
- Well versed in all HR related policies and laws
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
