Duties:

  • Partnering with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly in relation to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning;
  • Recommending new organisation structures to meet organisation’s objectives and goals;
  • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing human resources policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Conducting new employee orientations;
  • Overseeing exit interviews;
  • Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement; and Developing morale-building programs.
  • Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations;
  • Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace discsiplinary issues; and
  • Briefing all division on employees disciplinary procedures, where necessary

Requirements:

  • Min 8 years as HR manager. Must have working experience in IT industry
  • Able to speak Mandarin
  • Have solid experience managing a team
  • Well versed in all HR related policies and laws

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
