Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company products.
- Assist customers with their product-related needs and guide them through the buying process.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in customer engagement activities and events.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, and experience of 1 year or more in customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
