- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring, payroll and employee counselling.
- Compilation and preparation of HR reports, such as headcount, turnover analysis, attendance, department expenses, etc.
- Handle all general office administration and maintenance related work such as pantry, stationery order, incoming call, hostel arrangement, etc.
- Calculation and checking of monthly payroll computation for Sub-contractor worker wages.
- Coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hire into the organization and also off boarding process.
- Develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle staff grievances and discipline issues, including counselling and resolving conflicts between staff and departments.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for officed maintenance, equipment repair and office improvements.
- candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or related field
- Computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office, payroll software, etc.
- Passion & enthusiastic in HR & Admin functions.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles.
