Analyst (Arabic Speaking)

Role: Analyst (Arabic-speaking) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Our Analysts are the foundation of our business. We are seeking an analyst to join our expanding Middle East and North Africa (MENA) team, with the position being based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis and producing high quality reports for our clients. They will be goal-orientated and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards. The Analyst will be self-motivated and eager to develop and learn. The requirements of the role are: Report writing o Excellent written and verbal English is essential o High-level comprehension of Arabic is a must (additional proficiency in Turkish, Hebrew, Farsi or other regional languages is welcome) o Experience in enhanced due diligence, business intelligence or investigative/ academic research is desirable but not essential Research and analysis o Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the Middle East region is essential and some experience working or living in the region is a plus o Excellent communication skills including verbal, report writing and presentation skills o The ability to research, analyse and present data and condense large amounts of complex information in an accurate, logical, and concise manner o Close attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality o Ability to consider and assess multiple factors and present solutions Project management o Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment o Ability to work to budget o Ability to follow processes and policies to maintain high quality standards o MS Office proficiency The candidate will: o Demonstrate inquisitiveness, lateral thinking and clear reasoning o Be a highly adaptable team player with the ability to use their initiative o Have a continuous development mindset, seek feedback, and enjoy challenges o Be proactive and have solid problem-solving and multi-tasking skills o Have strong interpersonal skills and good at building relationships o Have the highest integrity and ethics The successful candidate must have permission to work in Malaysia by the start of their employment.
