Lab Technician

Job Title: Laboratory Technician We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various tests and analyses, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a range of tests and analyses on samples and products following established protocols. - Accurately record data, results, and observations while adhering to MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 guidelines. - Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic repairs. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures and generate concise reports. - Participate in quality control activities, including proficiency testing and internal audits. - Ensure lab safety and handle hazardous materials in compliance with regulatory standards. - Manage inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring quality and availability. - Collect and handle samples following proper protocols and safety guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to optimize lab procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. - Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in training programs. - Manage purchasing for lab consumables - Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience with laboratory testing and equipment maintenance. - Familiarity with MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards is a plus. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
