Production Supervisor

1) Supervise and lead a team of Line Leaders and Operators to meet daily production goals, focusing on quality, yield, productivity, and cycle time. 2) Communicate and enforce process and procedural changes effectively to the team, ensuring understanding and compliance. 3) Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and discipline, maintaining a safe and productive work environment. 4) Serve as the primary Person-In-Charge of the production line, taking initiative to address and resolve operational issues promptly. 5) Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all equipment is operational and in production mode, minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency. 6) Implement and monitor 5S practices to maintain cleanliness and organization on the production floor. 7) Participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance. 8) Address any ad hoc tasks or operational challenges as needed to support production goals and maintain smooth operations. 9) Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing needs.
