Job Responsibilities: • Oversee Daily Operations – Manage and supervise branch and warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. • Team Leadership – Lead and monitor the performance of Branch Assistants, storekeepers, and drivers, ensuring tasks are completed effectively. • Inventory Control – Oversee stock levels, manage shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records to prevent discrepancies. • Logistics Coordination – Plan and oversee delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of products. • Performance Management – Track operational performance and implement improvements to meet branch goals and targets. • Compliance & Safety – Ensure all operations align with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. • Customer & Supplier Engagement – Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and issue resolution. • Financial Management – Oversee branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are achieved. • Problem Resolution – Address operational challenges and provide solutions to keep operations running smoothly. • Reporting & Communication – Regularly update management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
