Red Brick Kitchen is a hidden glass house designed western café with a scenic nature view of limestone mountains located at Gunung Rapat, Ipoh. We are looking for dedicated candidates who are interested in managing a cafe or simply exploring opportunities in the F & B industry to joins us and make things happen.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Brew & prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos. Steam, froth milk to create microfoam, and pour latte art when applicable.
- Assist to prepare dessert & other non-coffee beverages when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, regularly clean coffee equipment and machines.
- Inventory control (stock and balance) of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
- Serve orders to customers accordingly and provide appropriate table dinning service where necessary such as drinks re-fill, offer to order desserts etc.
Qualifications:
- At least SPM level. Can understand and speak simple English. Candidate who possess prior food or customer service training is a plus.
- Previous working experience in similar capacity is preferred.
- Can work on rotational Day/Night shift
- Can work on public holidays.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
