  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Austral Migration Consultancy is one of the top immigration law firms in South East Asia with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We specialise in providing visa-related services to clients from all around the world with the aim of helping them emigrate to Australia or Canada.

We are looking for a candidate to join our operations team, whose main role will be to

  • Collect documents needed and lodge the application with the appropriate authorities.
  • Follow up on client enquiries received on their visa application.
  • Provide an understanding of relevant migration legislation, policies and procedures to provide accurate, timely, consistent, and appropriate information to visa applicants.
  • Record case notes to provide a clear and accurate history of actions taken and/or advice given and prepare correspondence.
  • Contribute to section planning to improve work practices
