ROLE: Customer Experience Associate
PROJECT: Supporting Australia and New Zealand
INTAKE DATE: February 2025
LOCATION: Skypark@One City, Subang Jaya
JOB SCOPE:
- Provide support for a Premium Automotive Brand
- Attend to customer’s general inquiries, complaints, reviews and feedback through calls, live chats and emails
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Update our internal database with feedback and information regarding discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Gather customer feedback and share it with your teammates/team leaders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above
- SPM candidates with at least 1 year experience in a call centre environment
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience as CS in BPO
- Required language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience supporting Australian and New Zealand market will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge on cars will be advantageous

WORKING HOURS:
- Rotational shifts, (Monday – Sunday)
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 5 working days a week with 2 days off (depending on scheduled shifts)
Work Arrangement : Work in the office
