Position: Service Crew
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Order Preparation: Assist in preparing and assembling food orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Cash Register Management: Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy and ensuring cash handling policies are followed.
- Inventory Counting: Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Cleaning and Hygiene:
- Wash and clean dishes, food containers, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- General Retail Food Service: Support daily food service operations, including setting up displays, packaging food items, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No prior experience is required, but previous experience in food service or retail is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for operating the cash register and managing inventory.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
