We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Promotizers to promote and educate users about our parcel locker systems while ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Job Title: Promotizer – Parcel Locker Services
Location: Johor Bahru
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• User Engagement and Assistance:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers interacting with our parcel lockers.
• Assist users with locker operations, including parcel pickup, drop-off, and troubleshooting.
• Promotion of Services:
• Educate customers about the benefits and features of using parcel lockers.
• Promote new features, upgrades, or related services to enhance user adoption.
• Customer Support:
• Provide friendly and professional support to address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Demonstrations and Training:
• Conduct live demonstrations on how to use the parcel locker systems effectively.
• Offer training sessions to customers or potential clients when needed.
• Feedback Collection:
• Gather feedback from customers about their experience with the lockers.
• Share insights with the team to help improve service quality and user satisfaction.
• Operational Checks:
• Monitor the parcel locker system to ensure it’s functioning correctly.
• Report any technical or maintenance issues to the technical support team.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or sales is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools or devices.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in different locations or shifts, including weekends if needed.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
