Position : Technical Customer Service Specialist
Project Name : Hawkeye (North American Market)
Salary : RM3,000 - RM4,500
Work location : Menara Kembar Bank Rakyat, KL Sentral
Working days : Mon - Sun ; 10pm - 7.30am & 1.30am - 11am (2 days off)
KPI allowance : RM500 maximum
Shift allowance : RM45 per day (due to permanent night shift)
Training: 24th February 2025
Job summary :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone call and email about tech/non-tech issues/related products for NA customers
- Inquiries include refunds, cancellations, delay requests, complaints
- Manages feedback/complaints and liaise with back end support to resolve members’ issues
- Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
