VOICE Customer Service drone project
Position : Online Support (Voice) - Project Hawkeye
Project Name : Hawkeye
Intake : 10th February 2025 (Training)
Market: North America and EU region
Shift timing: 1:30AM, 2:30PM, 5PM, 10PM, 11PM
Salary : RM3,000 - RM4,500
Work location : Menara Kembar Bank Rakyat, KL Sentral
Working days : 24/7 rotational shift (5 working days, 2 days off)
KPI allowance : RM500 maximum
Shift allowance : Between RM10 to RM35
Job summary :
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound & outbound calls about tech issues/related products
- Inquiries include refunds, cancellations, delay requests, complaints and could also include cross-selling
- Manages feedback/complaints and liaise with back end support to resolve members’ issues
- Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
