Position : Technical Customer Service Specialist
Project : Hawkeye (European Market)
Intake : 10th February 2025 (Training)
Salary : 3500-4500
Work location : Menara Kembar Bank Rakyat, KL Sentral
Working days : Mon - Sun ; 24/7 rotational shift (2 days off)
KPI allowance : RM500 maximum
Shift allowance : Between RM10 - RM45 per day
Job summary :
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone call or email about tech issues/related products for European customers
- Inquiries include refunds, cancellations, delay requests, complaints
- Manages feedback/complaints and liaise with back end support to resolve members’ issues
- Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
