Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars
  • To organize and maintain accurate records, documents, and correspondence, both digital and physical.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a clerk or personal assistant is an advantage.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in business administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
