Job Responsibilities:
- To provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars
- To organize and maintain accurate records, documents, and correspondence, both digital and physical.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a clerk or personal assistant is an advantage.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma required; a degree in business administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
