Position: Human Resources & Administrative Manager (Regional Role)
Location: Jalan P. Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur
Job Description:
- This role reports directly to the APAC HR Director based in Singapore, with a focus on Malaysia (60%) and Regional HR responsibilities (40%).
- Willing to travel on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement an effective performance management system.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with managers to set and track performance goals.
Expatriate Placement and Assignment:
- Oversee the placement and assignment of expatriate employees.
- Coordinate with Japan HR to ensure smooth transitions.
- Offer support to expatriates on local culture, housing, and relocation needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Conduct market research to maintain competitive salary ranges.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust compensation programs to align with organizational goals.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Design and execute strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and enhance the hiring process.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
Regional HR Function:
- Collaborate with IHIAP HR to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies across the APAC region.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, organize regional HR meetings, and coordinate the annual HR work plan.
Other Responsibilities:
- Handle ad-hoc requests from MDs, including visa matters, developing company rules and regulations, and supervising administrative staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 8 years (Preferred)
