Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Schedule, control, and monitor resources and materials on a weekly basis to align with the project plan.
- Ensure timely issuance of material requisitions to support the construction schedule.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing safety codes and best practices.
- Oversee and guide sub-contractors in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager on sub-contractor scheduling and material orders.
- Conduct site meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
- Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Construction, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, or interior design projects.
- Strong ability to liaise with clients, project managers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Positive and proactive approach, with strong anticipation skills to meet project needs and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out works are highly preferred.
- Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
- Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
