The principal function is to provide administrative support and to ensure the smooth running of the office and other duties as assign by the management from time to time.

Job Details:
Assist with general office administrative matters, such as but not limited to:

  • Purchasing of office supplies.
  • Attending to phone enquiries and visitors.
  • Ensure proper recording and filing of paperwork.
  • Monitoring and dealing with contractors and other laborers.

Job Responsibilities:

Ideally candidate with at least 1-2 years of working experience in Administration functions.

  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport.
