How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and determining solutions.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders.

Required Skills

1. Able to converse in English and bahasa

2. At least have 6 months to 1 year experience in customer Service experience.

3. SPM or diploma holder are welcome to apply.

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
