Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Automotive/Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management.
  • Knowledge of automotive spare parts is an added advantage.

Responsibility

Fully in charge of Inventory Management (Spare Parts) which includes the following: -

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained.
  • Carry out stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained and physical and stock record are tallied.
  • Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of stock are maintained.
  • Receive replacement stocks; ensure that these are correct in terms of number and specification.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient stores environment.
  • Prepare relevant reports
  • Any ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Company
