Admin Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Admin Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders (DO), and related documents for shipments to Singapore.
  • Communicate with agents to handle customs declarations and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
  • Manage customer-related matters, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize and maintain proper filing of documents systematically.

Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing shipment documents and handling customs processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
