Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Culinary/ F&B Intern to join our team where you're given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced F&B environment. Under the guidance of experienced chefs and kitchen staff, you will assist in various aspects of food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen operations. Job Description:

  • Support daily café operations by handling customer service, processing orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to help prepare food, maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Learn and use inventory management skills to control stock levels and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure food safety according to trained food handling methods

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in a related field, such as culinary arts, hospitality management or food service management.
  • Available for an internship duration of at least 3 months.
  • Demonstrated passion for the food and beverage industry, with a genuine interest in café operations.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
  • Possession of own transportation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM700.00 per month
