Responsibilities:

  • Create eye-catching and beautiful embroidery designs for garments, fabrics, and other items.
  • Hand-draw designs and translate them onto fabrics.
  • Interpret designers' requests and create designs that meet their specifications.
  • Work with various materials such as fabrics, threads, needles, and stabilizers to achieve the desired effects.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in embroidery and fashion.
  • Understand the basics of color theory and composition.
  • Operate various embroidery machines and tools effectively.
  • Troubleshoot production issues that may arise.
  • Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with designers and other staff to ensure the finished product meets expectations.
  • Maintain organization while working on multiple projects.

Requirements:

· Proven at least 2 years experience and expertise in cloth embroidery techniques types, including sizes, colors, and finishes, with an understanding of their properties and best uses on fabric surfaces.

· Excellent hand-eye coordination.

· Creativity and the ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into visually appealing embroidery on fabrics and garments.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and follow design briefs.

· Knowledge of fashion trends and embroidery types.

· Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
