Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the food safety processes for the company's products and operations (according to standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, etc.)
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety requirements
- Collaborating with relevant authorities and regulatory bodies to maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Providing training and guidance to production and operations teams on food safety best practices
- Documenting and maintaining comprehensive food safety records and reports
- Identifying and addressing any food safety-related issues or non-conformities
- Contributing to the development and implementation of food safety policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a food safety compliance or quality assurance role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulations, and certification processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
