JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our company. The Assistant Outlet Manager will assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant or dining facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing payroll costs to meet budget requirements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, service stations, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the Restaurant & Bar.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as supervisor or assistant outlet manager.
We are hiring for 2 locations that will include a Restaurant & Bar and Club. Hence there will be different time shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
