Full job description

  • Required to assist the director with all administrative and other matters
  • Required to support in various administrative tasks required by the management (e.g. liaise with clients etc.)
  • Required to coordinate tasks between different personnel
  • Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.

On-the-job training will be provided.

  • You will work with with the management on and be guided on the various tasks delegated to you
  • You will be trained on how to use company systems for administering data
  • You will learn how to communicate with colleagues from different departments to solve problems

Qualifications & experience

  • SPM/High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Acceptable for other non-related Diploma Certificate
  • No experience necessary as required to undergo on-the-job training
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
