  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities to include:-

  • Review of Monthly Financial Reports and provide analyses and prepare monthly reports for relevant components of the financial statements e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Inventories, Profit Margins etc. The Analyses performed shall form the basis for transformation initiatives and strategy setting.
  • Facilitate, monitor and report on the Development of Groupwide KPIs as part of the Performance Management System of the Group. The KPI spreadsheets (EPAF & EPAFS) submitted to be filed and available for reference, results and spreadsheet formulas to be checked.
  • Act as the Secretary to the Calibration Committee for minute taking, follow-up with members on outstanding matters and organise and schedule meetings including preparation of reports.
  • Act as Secretary to the Fortnightly Management Meeting, prepare minutes, follow-up with members on their presentation materials, the correctness of the information etc. Final Minutes to be produced the following Monday after the meeting.
  • Organise, facilitate, report the activities of the department and ensure proper filing of all records and information.
  • Analyse trends, possible improvements, areas of risks, financing and any key issues relating to the business.
  • Support management in review of corporate strategies/plans.

Skills required:-

  • At least 3 years and above of working experience.
  • Ability to perform fundamental financial analyses and recognise trends.
  • Experienced in Excel & Word & Powerpoint, able to conduct presentations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Matured approach to work and sensitive to deadlines.
  • Must possess attention to details and able to think critically.
  • Display critical thinking capabilities and able to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
