About the role
As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and supporting the company's people strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of top-calibre talent across the organisation
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to support the company's objectives
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, learning and development, and workplace welfare
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Champion a positive, inclusive and engaging company culture that empowers employees to thrive
- Analyse HR data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a senior HR role
- Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven track record in leading and implementing successful HR initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
