Job Description :
- Warmly welcoming and directing visitors professionally.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and taking messages as needed.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about products, services, or the organization.
- Handling routine clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Accurately entering data and maintaining records in computer systems.
- Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Managing office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
- Keeping the front desk area clean and presentable.
- Preparing and submitting reports on front desk activities.
- Any other tasks will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
- Required skill, MS Excel
- Preferably candidate who has experience at least one year in Customer Service, Reception, or administrative roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Able to work shift morning & afternoon.
- Working Location : Sri Damansara Barat.
