Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business, acquire new clients, and expand the company’s IT solutions portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Lead sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams and developers to ensure the delivery of solutions that align with client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and sales progress, ensuring accurate reporting
Skills:
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of IT solutions, software development, cloud services, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
