Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business, acquire new clients, and expand the company’s IT solutions portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Lead sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and developers to ensure the delivery of solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
  • Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and sales progress, ensuring accurate reporting

Skills:

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

  • Understanding of IT solutions, software development, cloud services, or digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
