Job Description

To plan, coordinate the receiving of customers in line with the established standard operating procedures and business processes.
Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and provide accurate estimates for required services or repairs
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction
Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of work
Liaise with the technician to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and job details
Coordinate efficiently on parts availability and repair lead time in order to advice the customer on the promise delivery date.
To make or initiate Back Orders and to follow-up with HQ on all Back Order Parts.
To achieve budgeted Revenue, Intake targets and Customer Satisfaction level.
To effectively handle customers' dissatisfaction complaints.
Contribute to the overall success of the business by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences
Others duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate (e.g. SKM Level 1, 2 or 3), Diploma or relevant qualification.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to work independently with positive attitude and responsible character.
Good personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Able to communicate with customers and internal staffs in a professional manner.
Results-driven approach with a keen focus on achieving goals and upholding high-quality standards.
Experience in working with SAP system & Merimen is a plus.
Possess valid driving license
Able to work on Saturday.
