- To preparing admin report as and when required by the Management.
- Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files and records.
- Liase and support all departments on any administrative matters.
- Maintaining records of contracts, agreements, and other official documents.
- Ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems are in place.
- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Providing administration support, including staff attendance, company car maintenance, road tax
- Any other relevant duties will be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
- Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
- Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, independent and reliable (can work with minimum supervision)
- Can start work immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
