Cost Controller

Location :Dataran Prima

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of business :Established manufacturing company in lubricants

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible on product costing, data collection and analysis.
• Monitor costing and perform validation of the monthly manufacturing costing data in ERP system and assist in product margin analysis.
• Managing and controlling stock levels for respective SKUs.
• Liaise with production planner to ensure production schedule detailing all tasks with the plan completion time to meet customer order
• Liaise with the sales, production and warehouse department on all issues pertaining to the processing of sales orders, fulfilment / picking in ERP system.
• Responsible for procurement and sourcing of suppliers/contractors and negotiating for the right cost to maximize the company’s margin.
• Prepare purchase order and monitor on vendor delivery schedules for incoming goods.
• Evaluate and measure supplier's performances to compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001.
• Resolve any issues with suppliers and plant administration/ purchaser related to logistics, product specification and quality.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Ensure all necessary support documentations are in place for payment process and support documents properly filed
• Ensure no overpayment to creditors. Should creditors’ payment advice includes a statement, the items must be reconciled

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Accounting/other professional qualification in Accounting/ Procurement /Costing related industry
• Preferred candidate with at least 2 or 3 years (s) of working experience accounting procurement /costing/marketing related industry or general accounts and admin are required and encourage to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
