Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
Knowledge in food manufacturing with food safety & food quality system will be preferred
The candidates must be willing to work at Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Job responsibilities :

To conduct product trial run, evaluating and testing.
To conduct research on current consumer markets and latest technologies available for new development.
To establish production application and product specification
Responsible in conduct trial run and prepare trial report analysis; conduct product evaluation and testing.
To ensure the process of product complies with existing technical and quality procedure.
To ensure the Quality Management system and food safety system are effectively implemented and maintained.
Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
To provide technical support to customer.
to develop product and establish its specification which is able to meet statutory/regulatory/customer requirement.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
