Job Summary: As the Front Desk (Guest Experience Coordinator), you will be the face of Zen Alchemy Spa, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. You will manage daily front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer service, creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

  • Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
  • Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring satisfaction.

Front Desk Operations

  • Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Update client records and appointment schedules in the booking system.
  • Monitor stock levels of front desk supplies and coordinate with the team for replenishment.

Collaboration & Support

  • Communicate effectively with spa therapists and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including daily sales reporting and basic record-keeping.
  • Support marketing initiatives by sharing promotional materials with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM qualification; diploma in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software or booking systems.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
