Key Responsibilities:
- Paperwork Guru: You’ll help keep all those important IT project docs, contracts, and agreements organized so nothing gets lost in the digital (or paper) world.
- Project Sidekick: Help the sales/ project team stay on track with timelines, tasks, and resources. You’ll be their behind-the-scenes superhero.
- Relationship Rockstar: Be the bridge between the office and the outside world—organize discussions, deliveries, and maintain smooth communication with vendors and clients.
- Data Detective: Track key metrics, prepare reports, and keep records up to date. You’ll know where everything is at any given moment!
- Invoice and Money Master: Assist with invoicing and payments—keeping the numbers straight and the office happy.
- Office Fun: Keep the vibe fun, friendly, and efficient while making sure we follow health and safety rules to keep everyone safe.
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Professional Certificate in any discipline with 1-2 years related working experience
- Fresh graduates with drives and ambitions are encouraged to apply
- Possess good written and oral communication skills, able to communicate with people of all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Strong analytical skills with good sense of responsibility
