Production Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a small manufacturing team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. - Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from raw material incoming to goods outgoing. - Develop and implement production plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. - Conduct quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards. - Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate with relevant teams to address any issues promptly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
