Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, including complaints, conflicts, and grievances, in a fair and impartial manner. Conduct confidential interviews and maintain accurate records related to employee relations cases. Conduct risk assessments related to ER and develop mitigation strategies to minimize legal and reputational risks. Policy Development and Implementation Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to employee relations. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization. Compliance and Legal Support Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance. Provide guidance to management and HR teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Data Analysis and Reporting Monitor and analyze ER metrics and trends to proactively address issues and recommend improvements. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management based on data insights.
