SHIPPING/FORWARDING MANAGER

Responsibilities:- 1.Responsibilities Team leads transportation operations. 2.Transportation Operations: Responsible for all shipping related matters, managing and supervising all aspects of the shipping process, including coordinating shipments, arranging shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers or other destinations. 3.Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government laws and licensing regulations. 4.Maintain records for accounting purposes in accordance with company procedures, including checking all invoices and shipping lists for compliance with tariff and customs regulations. 5.Manage the company's shipping operations, including liaising with production managers, scheduling appointments with shipping companies, and preparing and submitting customs documents. Requirements:- -A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education. -At least 2-5 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is highly desirable. -Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide a diverse team of employees. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and management. -Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
