Job Description of Event Executive: The Event Executive will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing brand-centric events to strengthen market presence and foster customer trust in the cosmetic and food manufacturing sector. Event Execution • Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution. • Manage event setups, registrations, and technical requirements. • Act as the primary point of contact for participants, vendors, and internal teams during events. Secondary Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Public Relations Support • Collaborate with PR teams to align events with brand communication strategies. • Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and promotional materials for events. • Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals. 2. Brand Promotion & Awareness • Incorporate brand messaging and identity consistently across all events. • Coordinate with marketing teams to integrate events into broader campaigns. • Monitor and report on the impact of events on brand visibility and customer engagement. Minimum qualifications and Requirements: 1. Education: • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. • Equivalent professional experience may also be considered in place of formal education. 2. Experience: • 1–2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or public relations is often preferred. 3.
