KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist logistics executive in handling the inbound and outbound according to requirements. Monitor and process order. Coordinate with internal partners, suppliers, customers, and shipping forwarders. Update and manage inventory records through the system as instructed by the Logistics Manager. Perform weekly inventory checks. Monitor in/out of products with proper documentation. Ensure all relevant reports are submitted to the superior on a timely basis. Report all abnormalities/accidents/cases to management in a prompt manner. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply. Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn. Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
