Project Analyst

"• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and/ or relevant professional certificate(s). • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, process analysis, or project management" "• Partner with the Business Process Owner and RPA project team members to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes, project and business requirements. • Engage with cross-functional teams to develop RPA project requirements for RPA project planning, and business requirements’ documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the Business Process Owner which can be shared with RPA solution design and development team. • Works with RPA team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA automation projects. • Works with Business Process Owner to perform value analysis (ROI) for the processes. • Coordinate with Business Process Owner and the RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements. • Identify scope, benefits, constraints and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes. • Identify and document best practices for on-going RPA adoption. • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements. • Consider change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes (inclusive Change Request). • Deliver key business analysis artifacts, using best practices and tools - for the design, solution and execution of medium and large projects. • Document and diagram existing environments and data-flows. • Work together with RPA Project Manager on project closure and maintain IT governance records upon closure. • Work together with Business Unit on RPA benefit planning and analysis • Gather non-functional requirements such as security, capacity performance and availability. • Act as a liaison between business and technical resources. • Support maintainence of contractual and management agreements as well as prepare update related reports • Recommend ‘to-be’ process map designs using Cross-functional flowcharts. • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. • Conduct process diagnostics & opportunity identification. • Define requirements, create user stories (if Agile), Business Requirement Document (BRD) or Disaggregation sheets (for RPA). • Help to design, document and maintain system processes. • Create Business Case and ROI which can be submitted for review and approvals. • Assist RPA Project Manager in creation, management, and distribution of project reports • Develop project and automated process performance dashboards • Analyze data and project deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines and budgets • Recommend and manage improvements to RPA project approach • Support project financial planning and analysis in terms of financial analysis, budget forecasts preparation, key financial metrics planning and financial performance evaluation. • Prepare for RPA journey: The candidate is responsible for getting everyone on the CoE including the stakeholders to agree on the best practices to be followed. Candidate also needs to ensure that proper coding standards and guidelines are laid out accordingly (to work with RPA Solution Architect and RPA Developers)." "• Experience specifically with RPA projects can be highly beneficial • Good to have proficiency in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere or similar platform and knowledge in RPA project development lifecycle and best practices • Strong skills in process mapping, reengineering, and analysis. • Experience in identifying automation opportunities and creating detailed process documentation. • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. • Good to have an understanding of banking operations, financial processes, compliance requirements and common banking systems and software. • Experience with project and process analysis, process design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes. • Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma process methodologies. • Strong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders and management. Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organization. • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the RPA team. • Effective Persuasive Communication including the ability to influence business stakeholders toward change, automation and continuous improvement. • Understand the needs of and support a company with global operations. • Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls. • Experience of working on major projects (experience working in a financial institution is an advantage). • Work with individuals to understand and build detailed process maps and business requirements documents. • Ability to rapidly grasp processes and identify potential RPA solutions. • Integrate leading practices on process discovery & mapping into the day-to-day delivery of business requirements documents. • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. • Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people. • Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic. • Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team/ business environment.
