Job Summary In charge of receiving clients & visitors Give clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail. Receive & prepare payment for office utilities bills. Key Responsibilities • Answer the Telephone Calls and handling in/out faxes. • Order and manage office stationeries. • Office equipment purchasing and maintenance. • Deliver document/ mailing/courier services. • Admin filing system control. • Booking flight ticket and planning itineraries. • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office environment. • Receiving guest and arrange meeting room and refreshment. • Manage staff refreshment items (coffee/tea/biscuit/mineral water) for office. • Ensure bills for office are paid on time (Telephone, water, electricity, rental, internet, etc ). • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. Qualifications • SPM and possesses relevant working experience. Competencies Required • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity or Administration related functions
