Full job description We are seeking an experienced, approachable and dynamic Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be one with a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, aligned with the company’s overall vision, mission and goals, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: HR & Admin strategic planning Recruitment and Onboarding Employee Relations (Local & Foreign Workers) Performance Management & KPI Staff Training and Development Staff Counselling and Disciplinary Foreign Workers Management HR & Admin Policy Development and Compliance Office & Administration To lead and support Management System Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. With at least 5 years of Human Resources with relevant working experiences. Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment laws, and payroll. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. (both written and oral) is an added advantage. Willing to work in Meru, Klang. Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
