Job Description 1. Ensure Foreign worker’s hostel surrounding environment are upkeep and well maintained. 2. Ensure hostel management process compliance to the local law and rules & regulations. 3. Supervise a team of hostel leaders to ensure day to day tasks being executed smoothly 4. Manage and maintain the cleanliness and facilities in hostel. 5. Execute required hostel management projects as approved by management. 6. Managing the welfare and discipline of foreign workers in the hostel. 7. Ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations. 8. To bring the worker for FOMEMA, immigration, hospital/ clinic and etc. 9. Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time. Job Description 1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. 2. Experience in managing accommodation facilities and basic HR tasks, especially in a foreign workers' environment, is an advantage. 3. Willing to work on a night shift 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy. 5. Basic knowledge of safety, security protocols, and HR procedures.
