SUMMARY

At Klinik Azurose Alam Damai Cheras, a Medical Assistant are generally responsible for assisting doctors in the day to day running of the clinic. In a relaxed working environment and with our doctor's supervision, you will have the opportunity to learn, improve and grow your knowledge and skills without too much pressure, as well as having a work/life balance. This will lead to professional and satisfactory service that the patients will definitely enjoy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical tasks :

  • Assisting doctors or nurses during patient exams or surgery
  • Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure and weight
  • Drawing blood and preparing lab tests
  • Sterilizing medical instruments and patient rooms
  • Administering patient medication
  • Instructing patients about medications
  • Disposing of contaminated supplies

Administrative tasks :

  • Managing medical records
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Billing and insurance
  • Recording patient history, vital signs, and current medical status
  • Greeting patients and checking them in
  • Answering phone calls and handling general inquiries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
